Business Messaging Apps


As various provincial governments mandate the closure of all "non-essential" businesses, companies are looking for ways to stay connected with their team members while employees are being forced to work from home.

There are several excellent business messaging apps available today and each one has different pros and cons. SLACK is a great program for staying in touch with team members who may be scattered all across the globe. SLACK is available for FREE for their basic package which is probably sufficient for most business teams.

In direct competition to SLACK, Microsoft recently introduced a new FREE business messaging program called "TEAMS". This messaging program is targeted toward companies that make extensive use of other Microsoft programs.
